Bail Buddy owns their Services, including all related illectual property rights in the application. We may make software components available for our clients. We grant to Customer a non-sublicensable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license for Customer and is Authorized Users to use the object code version of these components, but solely as necessary to use the Services and in accordance with the Contract and the User Terms. All of our rights not expressly granted by this license are hereby retained.
